Accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC), the Standard First Aid Course covers critical emergency interventions that occur in a multitude of daily scenarios at work, play or school.
Participants will learn how to perform CPR & AED on adult victims and how to react to various emergency situations while maintaining self-confidence, composure, and assurance to others.

Entry requirements

Able to speak, read and understand English effectively as our courses are conducted in English.

No history of underlying medical heart and lung conditions

Physically fit with no pre-existing medical conditions such as knee, spinal or joints injury.

Pregnant ladies are discouraged from undertaking the CPR practice due to safety reasons.
Course Objective
This course provides the relevant knowledge and skills needed to apply first aid to adult casualty during any medical emergency that might arise and to use the Automated Defibrillator (AED) safely.

Recognise a medical emergency situation.

Activate the appropriate emergency response system and follow the Emergency Action Principles.

Recognise the signs and symptoms of identified emergencies, illnesses and injuries.

Perform the necessary and correct first aid treatment to a casualty based on the emergency, illness and injury

Perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for adult victims.
